JISC has published a report into business sources for SME's in the UK , the report was undertaken by the British Library Research Service and calls for "an integrated service model with universities, colleges and public libraries working in partnership to help businesses obtain the information and knowledge they need"
Nigel Spencer , research and business development manager , British Library points out that "entrepreneurs and SME's are looking for business resources that are easy to use, informative and centralised " and that the British Library's own Business and IP centre is a prime example of best practice in providing business support"
